Welcome to More & More Print (the "Website"). More & More Print officially operate the Site. The services/ products offered by More & More Print, the Website, or in connection with the Website (the "Services) provided to the users on the website ("You" or "you").

These can be provided to you individually (or, for users operating with Website the organization), requires the following terms and conditions (the "Service Terms").

Please read these Service Terms with ease and care before using our services online. By clicking on the I Accept option, you agree to the Service Terms or using the Services, you at this moment consent to be bound by these services.

If you do not wish to be bound by these Service Terms, Avoid accessing or using the Services. Moreover, More & More Print owns the right to change the Website or the Service Terms whenever they deem fit without informing you.

Some additional Service Terms may be presented to you while utilizing the Services or particular Service aspects.

As a user, you agree to comply with any additional terms that the Site may introduce later. These terms may add to the Service Terms according to their reference.

2. Accounts

As a user, you may have to register with the Website before using the Services. More & More Print grant the users a username and password for using the Services and Website.

As a user, you are responsible for assuring the username and password confidentiality and accepting responsibility for all actions and activities completed with your account name and password.

3. Security and Privacy Policy

More & More Print understands the importance of your security and privacy as a user. Thus the use, collection, and disclosure of your personal information collected are entirely governed by our privacy policy. This information includes:

  • Name
  • Email address

The Privacy Policy does not apply to information about you collected by our affiliates or third-party websites. It applies to users posting t links or advertisements on or otherwise accessible from the Website.

4. Use of the Website

In case users continue to comply with the Service Terms by More & More Print, offer a personal, non-exclusive license, non-assignable. To qualify as a user on the Website, access and its users must upload Content to the Website ("Your Content").

You can use the Content offered by the More & More Print   Website (the "Website Content") and submit the Order for each entry accordingly. Each "Order" for products and services available on the Website is accessible to registered users.

There's no need for additional download, use, publication, retention, or distribution for any section of the Website.

The Website Content available is fully authorized or permitted.   Apart from Your Content, users cannot use any part of the Website Content. There may be exceptions for paper products produced by More&More Stickers. These products must follow the Orders you place (the "Products").

Users may not use the Website to engage in illegal activities and stick strictly to the ones provided herein. They are not allowed to infringe More & More Print rights.

With the additional agreement, you should decide that you don't allow the agents and professionals, as applicable, to:

  1. Post any content to consider:
  • Vulgar
  • Threatening
  • Otherwise objectionable
  • Obscene
  • Abusive
  1. Impersonate any person or entity on or via the Website
  2. Transmit any unlawful, harassing, defamatory, threatening, libelous, abusive/ harmful material or nature or transmit any material that constitutes or promotes a criminal offense. These actions also include the ones that might give rise to civil liability, violate any applicable local, provincial, state, national, or international law or regulation;
  3. Interference with the operation of the Website disrupts anyone's use or enjoyment of the Website. It also includes cases of using the Website for unauthorized access to the computer systems
  4. Violate, infringe or plagiarize the third party rights, including:
  • trademark
  • privacy or publicity
  • Copyright
  • contract/ personal or proprietary rights;
  1. Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Website Content;
  2. Translate, reverse engineer, decompile, and disassemble the Website Content.
  3. Modify, republish, upload, post, transmit, sell or distribute in any way the Website Content without the prior written permission of More & More Print;
  4. Lease, reproduce, modify. Copy, sell, scrape Content from sublicense, market, aggregate, or change/ commercially exploit (in any way) the Content on the Site. It applies other than what may be expressly permitted in writing by More & More Print.

According to appropriate user permission, fair dealing, or other provisions similar to applicable laws. You agree that any copy of the Website or the Website Content (which you can use to operate under the Terms) retains all the copyright and proprietary notices within the same manner as on the original.

5. Your Content

As a user, you need to take full responsibility for Your Content, including, without limitation, in combination with any other:

  • Text
  • Other materials, Website Content, are incorporated for the products on sale.
  • Images
  • Graphics

By signing the Terms of Use, you agree not to share Content, including text, images, design, trademarks, service marks, or any copyrighted work. The Content also includes third-party orders unless you have authorization from the third-party owners.

You represent and warrant that Your Content does not infringe upon any third party's rights. These include copyright, trademark, publicity, or privacy rights, without limitation, etc. Your Content does not impact or defame other third-party users, and you have all required rights or permissions to incorporate Your Content into the Products. By placing an Order, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary permission, fairness, and authority to place the Order and authorize More & More Print to produce the Products on your behalf.

More & More Print does not claim ownership of Your Content. However, by submitting your Content, you grant to More & More Print, its affiliates, and sublicensees a royalty-free use. The use is perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, worldwide, and non-exclusive. It also includes permission to incorporate Your Content (in whole or part) to produce the Products. You also represent and warrant right holders in Your Content, such as any moral rights, contains complete and adequate right waves. It validly and irrevocably grants you the right to allow the above license.

Subject to these Service Terms, the owner of Your Content retains any rights in such Content.

6. More&More Stickers Intellectual Property

Copyright to the Website, design, appearance, material, and Website Content, other than Your Content, are owned by or licensed to More & More Print.

The material has protection by law against unauthorized copying and reproduction. Any use, copy, or distribution of the Website Content, including caching, framing, or similar means, from the Website or reproduction, distribution, or template  (apart from allowed here), without permission of More&More Sticker is unallowed.

"More & More Print" and other More & More Print graphics, logos, publication designs, and service names are trademarks of More & More Print or its affiliates or associates. All other trademarks not owned by More & More Print,  or affiliates appearing on the Website, are the property of their respective owners. These owners may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by More & More Print. It also includes the company's affiliates. The display of any trademarks on the Website does not imply that a license allows you or any other party for further use.

7. Ordering

(a) Product Proof and No Refunds:

By clicking "I accept" on the Website after the proof for the Product (the "Product Proof") has been provided to you during the placement of order process, you agree that you:

  • have verified that spelling and Content in the Product Proof are correct;
  • you are satisfied with the document layout in the Product Proof;
  • understand that the More & More Print will produce the Product by its appearance on the Product Proof (subject to the limitations specified herein);
  • Cannot make any changes to the Order once the Order is in use. Irrespective of whether you have reviewed the Product Proof.
  • You, and not More&MoreStickers, assume all responsibility for any typographical errors or other errors found in the Products that are also in the Product Proof. You acknowledge and agree that More & More Print is not responsible for any errors in the Products found on the Product Proof, which you did not inform More & More Print
  • More & More Print does not withstand proceedings unless it fails to provide users with Products because More & More Print production start is under an Order. Users cannot use the More & More Print the company will, in no event, provide any refunds of the fees you paid for such Order for any reason whatsoever.
  • If users request a refund within 24 hours of purchase, a 5% transaction fee applies regardless of uploaded files.
  • To offset the transaction fee, More & More Print needs to pay its merchant. Custom orders requiring a specialty order for a paper stock or other material not in stock will not qualify for a complete refund.
  • The customer will either need to pay a restocking fee of 25% of the Order or pay for the entire contents of the specialty material if it's non-returnable.
(b) Colour Shift

 You acknowledge and agree that More & More Print will not be responsible for any color shift when converting from RGB to CMYK. It also applies to conversions from PMS Pantone colors to CMYK color modes.

All artwork, images, and designs provided to More & More Print for incorporation into any Product should be at 300 DPI.

More & More Print is not responsible for the quality of the images printed, including:

  • Distortion
  • Fuzziness
  • Pixilation or other degradation regarding the provided artwork, designs, and images.

Especially degradation caused by the nature of the artwork you provided to More & More Print, including, without limitation, images with resolutions less than 300 DPI.

More & More Print is not responsible for any color shift in converted photographs with black, near-black, or gray tones. More & More Print will use commercially reasonable efforts to match the colors in the Product Proofs to the Products.

(c) Bleed or Crop Marks:

More & More Print will not process any files a customer provides without bleed or crop marks when such marks are required. More & More Print will add bleed or crop marks to such files at an additional minimum fee of $45.

All files you provided to More & More Print for Orders require a safe margin of ¼inch, and More & More Print will not be responsible for any problems on the Product with an insufficient safe margin.

(d) Templates/Online Templates

More & More Print does not take responsibility for using outdated templates. Before making an Order, you represent and warrant that you have downloaded and used the latest version of More & More Print templates from the Website.

The templates made available to you by More & More Print the Website are designed specifically for use with the Website and More & More Print and not for any other purpose. For users that wish to make alterations, changes, or modifications to the free templates; you own the responsibility for changes modification, and alterations, which can include:

  • Using a professional designer for such a purpose.
  • The More & More Print Website also offers a group of professional designers. However, our Site, More&More Stickers, doesn't have affiliation with these designers in any manner. Thus, More & More Print is not responsible for
  • the following:
  • The work of such designers causes other problems.
  • Issues
  • Any errors
(e) Colour Proofing & Ink Matching

More & More Print is not responsible for matching color or ink density on the Products to the Product Proofs. Product Proofs will predict design layout, text accuracy, image proportion, and placement. Still, they can't assess the color or ink density of the Products. As a user, you agree that the Product Proofs may need more transparency and overprint issues.

They do not reflect the color change from CMYK to RGB. Proofing does not check for hidden layers of artwork, and More & More Print will not be responsible for any print issues resulting from hidden layers. You acknowledge and agree that More & More Print may produce the Products with other products ordered by other customers.

As such, there may be a deviation in color or ink density in the Products compared to the Product Proofs. More & More Print accepts no responsibility for color variations between submitted images and the actual artwork or Product they represent.

More & More Print does not print using pantones or specialty inks, as it only uses CMYK to process print jobs. More & More Print is not responsible for color errors found in the Product Proof, and More&More Stickers does not represent or warrant consistent colors on the Products compared to the Proofs. Application of coatings may affect or change the appearance of the printed colors on the Products.

(f) Order Approval

As a user, you are responsible for adding the Order and the Product Proof before you add the Order. More & More Print do not accept the changes in orders that you make later on placed. In case of users accidentally make an incorrect Order, More & More Print charges a $15 re-submission.

The incorrect acts can include (without limitation) such as uploading the wrong file. Users may bear the Order cost from More & More Print. The professionals may already process your Order and start with the production phase.

If the company has already started working on your Order, More & More Print holds the right for all re-submissions. Users that fail to review the Product Proof can reach out to More & More Print for printing the stickers without review or Product Proof.

 Users that take this risk must do it on their behalf. More & More Print will not take responsibility for any problems, errors, or other Product issues, without the Product Proof renewing.

More & More Print also has no responsibility for reprint Orders in case of discrepancy. These can include:

  • Problems in the Product Proof post product proof.
  • Flaws
  • Errors

With the situation, More & More Print does not have responsibility for errors in a Product because of the following reasons too:

  • Wrong cuts
  • Transparency
  • Punctuation
  • Overprint
  • Misspelling
  • Incorrect or missing folds
  • Incorrect colors
  • Graphics
  • Grammar
  • Finished product size
  • Die lines
  • Damaged fonts
  • Crop marks
  • Bleeds
  • Insufficient safe margin

More & More Print does not show the warrants or exact quantities of an Order. However, the quantity deviation should be under 5% of the total amount specified within the Order. More & More Print does not show or grant that the Product produced in the re-order will be similar to the products in the original.

(g) Order Cancellation

The users cannot change, cancel or modify if the Product goes for creation. Moreover, More & More Print is not responsible for any refund if something goes wrong. Once the Order proceeds for production, More & More Print doesn't have to consider any requests.

Suppose the users have requested a Custom Print and stock order. In that case, the procedure and materials must be according to the initial process set by the manufacturers. The company will not provide a 100% refund even if they have not started the production phase. Thus, users should check the order details before advancing further. More & More Print is not responsible in case of any duplication in orders on the Website. No claims will be accepted or entertained in cases like these.

(h) Warnings
More & More Print notifies through warnings before sending Proof of Product. It's crucial to potential problems that may occur during printing. These messages are sent during the proofing process, and you must read these warnings before accepting the proof.

If there's a case like this, More & More Print will cater to the reprinting tasks. Some of the most come warnings include:

  • Text too close to edges
  • Boarders
  • Fraying of cards while dark colors used
  • Low resolution and color matching including navy blue, blood red, and grey shades).

More & More Print doesn't take any responsibility for users that don't take care of these errors and potential reprint problems. We recommend testing out these details. If you point out the potential difficulty in advance, we can help you out. 

(i) Reprints

A reprint will be catered in case of a shipping error or a printing problem. Shipping errors occur, including cases where a package gets lost or damaged. Since these issues are not directly related to the matters caused by More & More Print, customers must file the problem with the appropriate shipping provider. Once done, More & More Print can file a claim with the shipping provider to receive compensation.

Suppose the shipping provider does not approve the claim, and More & More Print does not compensate. In that case, it is at the discretion of More&More Stickers if a reprint can be honored. Shipping providers need the necessary claim approval evidence. The customer must supply proof (samples, tracking , pictures)number, etc.) for the claim.

Printing errors are listed as misprints or trimming issues caused by mistakes in the production process that are outside machine error values. A reprint is offered for these issues because if the Order gets printed again using the same conditions, the case will not happen again.

Machines are maintained and calibrated to keep them functioning correctly. However, error values are still associated with each device, which does not qualify orders for a reprint if they fall within these values.

The reprint purpose is to replace a defective product; however, if a shift occurs on the cards that are within the error values of the machines, this does not qualify as a printing error.

More & More Print requires "0.25 of bleed on all the printing orders because there's a chance there might be a shift in the design. In case of a change of 0.075 inches or less, it will not qualify as an error and will not get compensated with a reprint. Therefore, the user must get these details sorted out.

Depending on when a card prints, there can be similar color shifts between one press and the next. Suppose we use the same CMYK values for ordering multiple orders with different press runs (that the clients may call at other times). In that case, there may be a 10% shift in the color in these cases.

In this case, More & More Print is not responsible to cater any such claims. They can reject the request for a reprint if needed. The users cannot claim their reprints without the company's consent.

For the reprint, all users must provide the same file provided earlier. If they wish to change their files, they will be a new order; thus, the users have to pay from scratch. If there are design mistakes, the company cannot make any preprints.

Clients must look at their proof for any "File error" and other warning signs sent for similar reasons. In case a client continues with their Order without altering their design, they are fully responsible for any such issues that might occur in this whatsoever.

The only way More & More Print considers a reprint for its users includes:

(1) 5% of the final finished Product has errors on it in printing. It is More & More Print liability, and we will place a reprinting order

(2) In case More & More Print accepts any claims because our shipping provider has lost or damaged package(s). More & More Print holds the discretion to request more than 5% of the Order, including the complete Order. If all of it needs reprint

ing, reprints will only cater to reprints if the client enters them within two weeks of receiving the Order. Claims afterward can't be catered. Ensure all reprinting requests get completed within 14 days.

If a product gets reprinted and shipped for more than 20% of the product cost without taxes, the customers are liable to pay 50% of the total shipping cost. In case of customers request a reprint more than once, they must pay the complete shipping cost (depending on the order size)

(j) Design Orders

Design quotes primarily depend on the time required to complete these orders efficiently. There's a chance that orders may be overestimated or underestimated, depending on the customers. However, the customers must pay the same price once they have agreed to a price during an order.

Customers going for our Printing Services should know it only includes the printing price if asked.

All orders will only be accepted made by the customers, but only once they agree to the design proof. People who are unhappy with the final design(s) can send out another design quote to inform More&More Stickers about the changes they need to make.

In case of minor changes,  and if More & More Print doesn't take more time than initially thought, there will be no additional fee under the discretion of More & More Print.

CUSTOMERS CAN NOT CANCEL OR GET REFUNDS FOR AN ORDER IF THE CANCELLED OR PARTIALLY REFUNDED ONCE THE FINAL DESIGN IS SENT TO THE CUSTOMER.

Users wish to cancel their orders after paying for them, but the Order still needs to be completed. The customers must pay for the services rendered, ranging to a minimum of $75 per hour.

If no work is done on the Order when the cancellation request is made, there will be a 5% transaction fee on the total order price. It applies to cases where orders get canceled later than their date of Order.

(k) Sample Packs

Sample packs give customers a clearer idea of what a final order may look like. More & More Print does not guarantee the final Product's coating or stock. The printing process may get impacted by various economic and seasonal factors. Therefore, the final products may vary slightly from those initially ordered.

(l) Finished Product

More & More Print does not provide compensation in case 5% of the product quantity is missing or defective. It could happen because the bindery services might damage the products, reducing or limiting the total number of final products.

If the customer selects an order as "pick up," the customers have to pick up the Order within six months when the Order completes. The cards may get removed or recycled after this period.

(m) Sale Items

Customers may not use the following on the sale-priced items, these include:

  • Sponsorship discounts
  • Promotions
  • Promo codes
  • Other discounts
  • In-store credits
  • Customer discount levels

Customers must accept all sale items with proof within one week (7 days) from the final sale date unless stated otherwise. The customers have to pay the standard price of their products if the orders get filed within seven days. For regularly priced cards, customers can opt for six months to get approval on their files (s) which guarantees no price changes. However, suppose the files get uploaded after this period. In that case, customers will need to see the card prices listed on the Website. Sale items could meet the deadline if the item's regular price is paid for and any rush charges are applied to the orders.

The sale prices will cater to the product designs. Products available before the sale may only be honored within the deal if the Order has still not gone into the "prepress ."The sale price is no longer applicable if the Order is in "prepress" or has already been in prepress.

Products on promotion that may get ordered, or given away without any charge to customers, do not qualify for sale in case of an error with printing, designing, shipping, etc.

(n) Saved Designs

More & More Print does not save files internally because of the high number of files received. All order files are deleted from the More & More Print 30 days after the Order gets processed and delivered.

All the different designs "More & More Print" Prints or creates may not be available on an internal hard drive. However, it's only sometimes the case and doesn't have a guarantee.

Therefore, customers are responsible for keeping all design records. More & More Print is not liable to provide these designs to customers on demand.

The final designs created by More & More Print are saved in the internal memory only for six months. You need to keep these designs and download them as a PDF file. The methods are on the customer's computer memory for six months.

More & More Print is not responsible for fixing any design errors occurring while making card designs on the online website creator.

o) In-Store Credits

You can offer In-store credits if the Order is not in the "prepress," which avoids the cancellation process. The customers may also receive in-store credits as some form of compensation.

The compensation amount provided to buyers solely depends on More & More Print discretion. The in-store credit is not for any orders paid for using an existing credit; however, some orders may still qualify for the reprint based on More & More Print discretion.

Before the customers can claim their in-store credits, they must supply the order number for which the Order was designed previously. It is only for More & More Print to confirm the transaction and the orders. Any emails sent by the customers do not qualify for validation for an in-store credit. The promo codes help customers redeem their credits in-store.

The promo codes are only applicable and valid until their expiry date. If an order gets canceled, or if they receive compensation, the users may receive an email on their orders (or the email used to claim the charges and place them in case the customers don't own an account). In-store credits provide payments for a maximum of one year from the date the promo code acts. Customers who don't redeem these in-store credits timely can only claim a fraction of the total amount.

Suppose the promo code amount is more than the cost of the Order. In that case, customers may get two more minor promo codes in this particular situation. BUT ONLY if they still need to use the initial promo code. Customers that have already used the promo code cannot claim any more ahead.

p) Custom Jobs

All custom jobs require More & More Print. Therefore, there's always a chance of facing errors in the Order. Suppose customers deal with various errors in pricing, stock, coating, turnaround time, or other information specific to orders. In that case, More & More Print can cancel the Order and refund the customer.

If there's any miscommunication between More & More Print during the quoting process, the customers will not qualify for the reprinting process. The customers are fully responsible for checking the quoted accuracy before advancing the payment further.

More & More Print isn't responsible for ensuring the customer invoice matches the other details mentioned. They also reserve the right to cancel any order despite the error type when the purchase is made.  

The cancellations happen according to the error section where there's a difference in the customer invoice, and other details lie within the "Product Proof and No Refunds."

q) Rush Orders

Rush Orders are the only way for customers to get a definite competition date. Apart from these orders, the others depend on various factors within the Order, including financial and environmental factors.

The customers have to specify any deadlines they want their sticker orders delivered before placing an Order. The rush order is generally added to the Order for the guarantee of the Order. One can add the Rush Fee for the Orders before the Order's advance for production.

These orders may get completed and rushed, and additional information may be added to them until the Order is shipped. However, suppose a customer's Order fails to meet the Rush deadline as requested by the customer. In that case, they can get the rush charge refunded instead of the total Order cost.

r) Gift Cards

 All the gift cards provided by More & More Print help customers get any products available clearly on the (INSERT WEBSITE). Customer Service Representatives have to use the sale items, gift card promo codes manually, and custom jobs: You can reach out to our professionals at (INSERT NUMBER) or via email at (INSERT EMAIL).

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and have no cash value. Lost or stolen cards will not replace. Gift cards are non-refundable, and any remaining value left on the card after a partial payment will not be refundable. You can only use them as in-store credit. Orders made by using gift cards cannot refund and can only convert into store credit. All gift cards are to purchase before placing the Order, as none can be purchased afterward.

s) Customer Accounts

More & More Print will communicate only with the person with their name registered on the official More & More Print platform if the account holder wishes More & More Print to share with another party (not written in the account on the Website regarding account details and other specifications, it can be the case.

You can do it by requesting More & More Print before doing so. Nevertheless, it is up to More&More Stickers' to decide about communicating with the third-party individual.

It's because More & More Print is only bound to provide Service to the individuals registered with the account name. No one other than the actual account holder can share and change the account information, including, but not limited to:

  • Order refunds
  • Customer discount levels
  • Changes to order details
  • Changes to invoices, etc.

The discount levels offered to customers on the platform depends on the algorithm that considers various factors such as:

The number of orders, frequency, and total price help the More & More Print platform determine the correct discount levels for the users. These discount levels mattered the most when users logged into their accounts. These discount levels cannot be transferred and are applicable only for specific orders.

8. Payment

More & More Print needs the full payment of orders because processing any requests. Processing an Order will start once you have paid with a valid credit card number or cash fund (using PayPal). The platform is not responsible for delays in the order process because of payment issues.

9. Pricing and Shipping

(a) Pricing

All the prices listed on the More & More Print platform are designed for particular pricing orders. The More & More Print may alter their pricing and modify any promotional offer(s) whenever required without prior notice. The customers cannot hold More & More Print accountable in these cases.

(b) Pricing/Promotions

The pricing and promotions listed on the Website are subject to change depending on the time zone and region of the customers. Under no circumstances can the customer request a difference in the pricing options within the platform.

More & More Print uses the regional origin of the user as well as other regional information (they can either use a promotional code or a limited-time offer) that indicates the region. Once More & More Print is fully satisfied with your area, More & More Print sends the products to parts other than yours.

(c) Taxes

The delivery of shipments in Canada depends on the Goods and Services Tax and the Provincial Sales Tax or Harmonized Sales Tax, depending on the local legislature.

(d) Shipping outside Canada

Any Orders for Products from non-Canadian regions may also have some custom charges, fees levied and other specifications regulated by the country.

It depends on where the recipient receives Order Shipment ("Import Fees"). As a buyer, you are responsible for all kinds of Import Fees and any additional charges required for your customs clearance. 

More & More Print holds no control over these additional charges. The policy for customs will vary from country to country; thus, it's best to contact the local customs office for more information and details.

10. Indemnity

Indemnity and protection of More & More Print employees, its directors, suppliers, licensors, agents, partners, officers, and other business members from all kinds of demands and requests made by third-party providers. These include the attorney's fee, services you may need if

(a) You violate the Service Terms;

(b) Your use of the Services and activities occurring using your account information;

(c) The submission and use of Your Content; or

(d) Your violation of any third-party rights.

This obligation will survive the termination or expiration of these Service Terms and your use of the Services.

11. Shipping and Delivery

(a) Order Shipping

More & More Print will commercially ensure all the steps, so there are no order delay schedules. More&More Stickers' delivery dates and other details are calculated based on the estimates shared by More & More Print logistics partners.

Malfunction, unexpected failure, issues with technicalities with More & More Print, or delay with printing problems, based on the More & More Print production process.

However, in other cases, More & More Print may also remove the entire Order fee for a request forwarded by the customers. More & More Print uses its shipping account and will not use the other charges provided by customers for whichever reason.

(b) Incorrect Address

As a customer on the More & More Print platform, you have the responsibility to with an adequately designated address. If the Order doesn't get shipped to the correct address or there is a delivery error for whatever reason, More & More Print ship the Order to a valid address. They may charge an extra delivery fee to the customers. 

All the deliveries made by More & More Print follow corporate policies for the delivery companies that More & More Print works with. The Policies signature policies for the deliveries with apply to you in these cases.

Suppose the customers cannot deliver the products of More & More Print on time. In that case, customers have to pick up the orders based on the methods designated by the delivery service.

(c) Estimated Completion Times

Placing an order on the Website, More & More Print means the customers receive an estimated order completion date. With the Order placed, you agree that the data provided is just an estimation and does not explain the shipping time for the Ordered Product.

More & More Print doesn't warrant and represent that the Order will reach by the estimated date provided. It applies to all situations apart from customers selecting the "rush printing" option shared.

Nonetheless, More & More Print is never responsible for shipping delays of products in case the shipping company does something wrong. It applies to situations even where "rush printing" deliveries are selected.

More & More Print may provide you with compensation for delays in discretion but is not legally entitled to do. It may be the case if the request exceeds the estimated completion date, including the express shipping costs.

(d) Transfer of Title: You acknowledge and agree that the shipping terms for all  Products from More & More Print are FOB shipping points. It shows ownership transfers to you upon delivery of your shipment to the delivery company. You assume all associated risks at that point, and More&More Stickers will not be responsible for any loss or destruction associated after that.

(e) Pickups: When picking up an order at one of More & More Print' storefront locations, an order number will need proof of purchase. Transfer of ownership will occur once the customer has left More&More Stickers' location. Any damage to the Product that occurs outside of More & More Print' location - including staining, ripping, bending, or chipping - will not be for the reprint.

Orders may not be available for pick up at specific More & More Print locations to ship these orders. For the same reason, shipping can not be returned if the pickup of a particular product is not available at the requested pickup location. A shipping refund can also not be refunded once the Order is in prepress. It is because an order may complete at one place, but a separate pickup location adds in later (so the Order will still need to be shipped).

It is the responsibility of the customer to pick up their Order (s) from More & More Print' storefront location on a timely basis. An order must get a pickup purchase date's first six months to ensure the Order disposes of due to space restrictions, and the Order will not qualify for a reprint.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

YOU SHOULD NOT ASSUME THAT YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THE WEBSITE WILL OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION. MORE & MORE PRINT DO NOT WARRANT THE WEBSITE, ITS SERVERS, OR ANY COMMUNICATION ORIGINATING FROM THE WEBSITE, OR MORE & MORE PRINT ARE FREE OF VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

THE SERVICES, OR THE PRODUCTS, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, DURABILITY, MERCHANTABLE QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED AND WHETHER ARISING FROM A COURSE OF DEALING, USAGE, OR TRADE PRACTICE.

  • Obtain delivery of power
  • Inability to procure

These can include, without limitation, any telecommunication services or any other services provided by a third party, More & More Print may have an excuse from such performance.

It can be to the extent of such prevention, restriction, or interference. More & More Print will take reasonable steps to avoid or remove such causes of non-performance. They shall resume performance hereunder with dispatch whenever such causes are removed.

18. General

In case  Service Terms  are declared invalid or unenforceable in the court of law; The section titles are for the convinence and cfomprehension of users and hold no legal or contractual significance. More & More Print may change and assign these Terms of Service any time without informing or notifying you. Users cannot assign the Service Terms or transfer or even, sublicense the Services rights.

If such a case arises, all impositions will be invalid and unenforceable provision with and may be replaced with a one that losely matches the original provision's intetions. However, the remaining terms of services remain effective and in use.

More & More Print' failure to act concerning a breach by you or others does not waive its right to bear concerning subsequent or similar breaches.
